COLLEGO have a skills base in South Africa, many with upward of 15 years’ experience in various platforms and technologies including, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, JAVA and .Net who are passionate about delivering a positive outcome for our customers.

Employee Entitlements
Suppliers must pay their workers in accordance with applicable legislation, including modern awards and national employment standards. Suppliers must ensure that their workers are paid at least the national minimum wage, statutory benefits, superannuation, and (where applicable) leave entitlements.
Anti-corruption
COLLEGO Business Solutions Pty Ltd commits to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships wherever we operate. We implement and enforce effective systems to counter bribery and corruption within our operations. We expect our suppliers to take bribery and corruption seriously.
Fair competition
COLLEGO Business Solutions Pty Ltd operates in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). We expect that our suppliers will not enter arrangements or engage in behaviours which restrict, prevent, or distort competition in local and global markets in breach of applicable competition laws.
Audits
We may require our existing and new suppliers to demonstrate compliance with this Code of Conduct in their operations. COLLEGO Business Solutions Pty Ltd may, upon reasonable notice, request suppliers to complete self-assessment questionnaires.
Inconsistency
Where local laws, regulations, rules, or contract conditions impose stricter obligations in respect of any matter discussed in this Code of Conduct, suppliers must comply with those obligations.
